i was driving back to vegas from cali saturday morning and stopped in the small town of minneola to snap some shots of the abandoned gas station. you may recognize this place because i photographed it 3 years ago. it's a cool place and i love the pumps. they look like the robots from short circuit. i first had to chase some weird men out of here. i stayed in my car and they just stared at me all creepy and that's when i charged at them with my car. i threw up some gravel...it was enough to get them to drive away. seriously, what kind of dirtbags stare at a girl who is traveling by herself in a abandoned town like this? i know...what type of crazy girl would stop in a town like this by herself? yep..me. one of these days i probably will be abducted. but, geez i had to get these photos.
