this is another stop along route 66 called two guns. it appeared to be an old kamp ground stop in the 60's. there were two hand painted cowboys. one appeared to be old smoky that was also the mascot for smoky's pancake house back in williams which was over an hour away. smoky must have been someone significant in the late 1800's. his face is everywhere in the area. near the camping area was an abandoned mountian lion pen. this place must have been a booming rest stop back in the day. i imagine all the fenced in area was where the campers would park and picnic. here is some history about two guns before it became a camping stop .
